As part of our ongoing 2023 Strategic Planning, our goal is to ENGAGE our patients by continuing our Patient and Family Advisory Council.
What is a Patient and Family Advisor?
A Patient and Family Advisor is a volunteer that gives a voice to the patient experience that will help the Centre for Family Medicine identify and address patient and family needs in all aspect of care such as improved access, ensure clear, respectful, timely communication, simplify processes and make it easier to navigate the healthcare system.
Your role would be to:
Qualifications: Include being a patient of the CFFM for at least 1 year and being 18 years of age or over.
