Blending gentle mindfulness practices with various creative expressions, this group provides a space to cultivate inner awareness, emotional regulation, and presence.
 
Mindfulness, the practice of being present, open, and non-judgmental, can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, and promote overall well-being. When paired with expressive arts, which may include visual arts, movement, sound, writing, or play, this process invites exploration beyond words, supporting embodied insight, connection, and self-compassion.
 

No prior meditation experience is needed. No prior art experience is needed, and all materials will be provided.
