Mental Health
About Us
The mental health team within CFFM is a welcoming and confidential place that will help support you through a variety of mental health and relationship issues.
A referral from your family physician is required to begin your therapy process. Once your referral is completed it is your responsibility to arrange your appointment. To do this, please call 519-578-2100 ext. 209 to schedule an intake appointment. Our program includes different options that our intake worker may recommend based on what suits your needs:
Single Session Therapy – Quick access to a stand-alone counselling session offering support, resources and problem solving.
Clinical Therapy – Our clinical therapists offer a range of mental health interventions to support individuals.
System Navigation, Community Resources and Advocacy – Connecting individuals to community and government resources or programs.
Mental Health Groups – Our team offers a variety of mental health groups. Please click here to see a list.
