mINDFULNESS FOR ADULT ADHD

Description:

This psychoeducational and experiential group focuses on mindfulness practices for ADHD. Participants will deepen their understanding of how ADHD shows up in their daily lives while building skills to shift behavioural patterns, thinking styles, and emotional reactivity in intentional ways.

What to expect: 

  • Weekly prompts to practice at home
  • Short mindfulness exercises in session
  • Strategies for tuning in to your attention, emotions and habits
  • Insights into ADHD and how it shows up in daily life
  • A supportive space to share and learn from others
  • When: Thursday's 3:00 - 5:00 pm. April 16 - June 4. 8 sessions
  • Where: In person - 16 Andrew St. Kitchener, ON
