Mindfulness based cognitive therapy (mbct) group

  • Do you struggle with depression, anxiety, stress or chronic unhappiness?
  • MBCT is an evidence-based group program that uses cognitive therapy and mindfulness meditation practices to address unhelpful thinking and difficult mood states. 
  • It has been shown to reduce the risk of depressive relapse. 
  • The benefits of MBCT can be extended to those struggling with stress, anxiety, and chronic unhappiness.
