Craving Change

A how-to workshop for changing your relationship with food.

Craving Change will help you:

  • Learn how your eating decisions are influenced by your surroundings and what you learned while growing up.
  • Understand why it is hard to change your eating habits.
  • Tune into your thoughts and emotions that steer you off track.
  • Use 16 “change and maintain” strategies and resources to change your eating for good.
  • Maintain your healthier eating habits.

Please Note: Craving Change is not intended for people with eating disorders.

  • When: Wednesday's - 4 sessions. November 19 and 26, December 3 and 10 from 10am - 12pm
  • Where: 25 Joseph Street, Kitchener
