September 12th, 2025 is the Centre for Family Medicine’s 20th Anniversary! From humble beginnings, with the smell of fresh paint still in the air, to 20 years later having 6 sites and many partnerships, CFFM has never stopped growing, adapting, and innovating. It has been an incredible journey so far, with many more years to come!
