By phone: For those unable to register online please call the Region’s Service First Call Centre at 519-575-4400.

Keep checking our web-site as it will be the first to be updated, and will have more updated information than you will get calling our office. We will update you clearly by email when we know have more information. Consider signing up for our email consent.

No, there is no wait list. Individuals will be prioritized based on provincial guidelines and that will be announced through Public Health, Ontario Ministry of Health. If you are over 80, or part of the first priority group, you can now pre-register with the Region of Waterloo at the link above.
